作者简介

亚历克斯·凯恩（Alex Kane），加州大学圣迭戈分校国际关系研究生院及太平洋研究所的金融与经济学教授。他曾在东京大学经济学系、哈佛大学商学院研究生院和肯尼迪政治学院、加州大学洛杉矶分校管理学研究生院做过访问教授，并在美国国家经济研究局担任过助理研究员。凯恩教授在金融学与管理学方面的期刊上发表了很多文章，他的主要研究领域是公司财务、资产组合管理和资本市场。 兹维·博迪（Zvi Bodie），波士顿大学管理学院的金融学教授，他获得麻省理工学院的博士学位，曾供职于哈佛大学商学院金融系和麻省理工学院斯隆学院金融系。他的著作涉及养老金财务、投资策略等多个领域，出版图书多部，其中，他与诺贝尔奖得主、经济学家罗伯特·C·默顿共同编写的《金融学》，成为该领域的经典教材。目前，他是宾夕法尼亚大学养老金研究会的会员。 艾伦·马科斯，Alan Marcus is the Mario J．Gabelli Professor of Finance in the Carroll School Of Managementat Boston College．He received hiS PhD from MIT．has been a Visiting Professor at MIT’S SloanSchool of Management and Athens Laboratory Of Business Administration．and has servedas a Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research．where he participatedin both the Pension Economics and the Financial Markets and Monetary Economics Groups．Professor Marcus also spent two years at the Federal Home Lpan Mortgage Corporation(Freddie Mac)，where he helped to develop mortgage pricing and credit risk models．ProressorMarcus has published widely in the fields of capital markets and portfolio theory．He currentlyserves on the Research Foundation Advisory Bpard of the CFA Institute．
