王泺，1973 年出生， 商务部研究院国际发展合作研究所所长、研究员。主要研究领域为国际发展援助、中国对外援助、南南合作等。曾主持多项商务部重大课题研究，如“对外援助服务‘一带一路’建设总体思路和举措研究”“中国对外援助发展纲要（2016—2025年）”“南太平洋地区国别援助指导意见”“中国援外人力资源开发合作规划研究”“研提新型国际发展合作中的‘中国理念’和‘中国方案’”“加强我国对外援助精细化管理水平研究”等，编写白皮书《中国的对外援助（2014 年）》。

内容简介

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese foreign aid program has matured over several decades of untiring effort. As an enterprise, it has kept up with the times and adapted to the vicissitudes of both domestic and international landscapes. China has enjoyed monumental achievements in this regard. Looking back on the past 60 years, the development of its foreign aid program can be divided into the following phases: the initial phase (1958–1978), the adjustment phase following China’s reform and opening-up (1978–late 1990s), and the current steady phase (2000s–present). “全球治理的中国方案”丛书围绕“治理”“和平”“发展”三个最重要的主题，采取“3+7”的模式，共分为十分册。前三分册作为统领，围绕三大核心主题，综述中国完善全球治理体系的理念与实践，介绍中国参与全球治理的战略框架；其余七分册，按照当前全球治理的七大互动领域，包括金融安全、能源安全、气候治理、国际发展援助、人权保障、网络空间安全治理、国际反恐合作等，分别诠释全球治理具体领域的中国方案。
