作者简介

CHEN Shengyong graduated from Hangzhou University (now renamed Zhejiang University). He first served as Professor at Zhejiang Academy of Social Sciences. He joined the Department of Political Science of Zhejiang University in 1998 as Director of the Local Governance Research Center and later served as Director of the Institute of Comparative Politics and Public Affairs, Director of Department of Political Science and Public Affairs, Head of the doctoral program of Zhejiang University, and Doctoral Tutor of political theory. Since 2009, he has acted as Director of the School of Public Administration at Zhejiang Gongshang University.
