李润波（作者），1957年11月生，北京平谷人，1991年7月毕业于北京市委党校经济管理专业，政工师，平谷县粮食局开发办公室主任。系中国收藏家协会集报专业委员会主任、北京东方收藏家协会理事、中国钱币学会会员、平谷县政协委员、县文物保护协会会员等。
