作者简介

张清敏，法学博士，北京大学国际关系学院外交学系教授兼系主任、博士生导师，长期教授和研究对外政策理论与中国对外政策、外交学理论与中国外交。在上述领域发表众多论著，代表作包括《美国对台军售政策研究：决策的视角》《对外政策分析》《改革开放40年中国外交》以及译著《总统人格：伍德罗·威尔逊的精神分析》《小集团思维：决策及其失败的心理学研究》和《全球化时代的外交：理论与实践》等。曾在亚、欧、美、大洋洲等十余所大学教授与中国外交有关的课程。 Zhang Qingmin (Ph.D.) is professor and Chair of the Department of Diplomacy, School of International Studies, Peking University. His teaching and research interests include theory of foreign policy analysis and Chinese foreign policy, diplomatic theory and China’s diplomacy. He has published widely in these areas, including U.S. Arms Sales Policy Toward Taiwan: A Decision-Making Perspective, Foreign Policy Analysis, and China’s Diplomacy in 40 Years since Reform and Opening-Up, and translation from English to Chinese Woodrow Wilson and Colonel House: A Personality Study, Groupthink: Psychological Studies of Policy Decisions and Fiascoes, and Diplomacy in A Globalizing World: Theory and Practice. With wide international teaching experiences, he has been invited to teach China’s diplomacy related courses at more than a dozen universities in Asia, Europe, America, and Oceania.

China is firmly committed to strengthening friendship and cooperation with other countries on the basis of five principle of mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other’s internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful co-existence, and to forging a new form of international relations featuring mutual respect, fairness, justice and win-win cooperation.
